First, a quick introduction to my two AI assistants

I was already all in with ChatGPT — paying and everything. Then my colleagues started going on about Claude. Arrgh, another one? "It's great, it creates this, it does that..." Fine. I downloaded it too.

Turns out they're different tools with different superpowers. And using both together? That's where it gets interesting.

Think of it this way:

Claude = the creative one. Writes, builds, knows you deeply, produces documents, thinks with you.

ChatGPT = the researcher. Better at reading websites, filtering lists, giving you structured information fast.

Both have limitations. Neither replaces your brain. More on that later.

Step 1 — Give Claude everything and ask for a CV that actually sounds like you

I gathered every piece of career material I had. PDFs, decks, docs, my LinkedIn profile, my old CV. Everything. I dropped it all into Claude with this prompt:

"This is my career history. I'm open to working for young startups — international, fully remote, where I can build from a blank canvas and that have a mission I'm passionate about (fashion, travel, health, AI, ideally SaaS companies). Draft me a one-page CV that reflects all this and my personality."

In seconds, Claude produced a Word document and a PDF.

Jaw. Drop.

It wasn't generic. It wasn't corporate. It actually sounded like me — achievements front and centre, personality in the language, one clean page. I updated my LinkedIn to match, asked Claude to rewrite my profile in the same voice, and suddenly everything felt consistent and intentional.

Step 2 — Build something that makes you impossible to ignore

Here's where I went slightly rogue.

Something in my head said: a CV isn't enough anymore. Everyone has one. So I asked Claude to build me something different — a website. Not a standard portfolio. A “job seeker description” as I call it. Instead of me pitching myself to companies, I wrote what I was looking for FROM them.

Remote first culture. Work from abroad policy. Slack and Gmail please. A mission I can get behind. Competitive salary and equity.

Claude delivered the HTML. I uploaded it to Tiiny.host for free. Suddenly I had my own little corner of the internet that said: this is who I am, this is what I want, does that sound like someone you need on your team?
